Chow Daddy's has the best Smoked and then Fried Chicken. The servers there are very nice and accommodating. It's a little farther, but still walkable.

A super-fun place to meet friends or take family, sit outside on a gorgeous day (or evening) or even a place to meet up later for drinks (since we're open 'til midnight Friday and Saturday).
